Reception and arrival

• Reception is here for you around the clock, every day.
• Check-in starts at 4pm and check-out is by 11am at the latest.
• Early check-in from 2pm (€20) and late check-out until 1pm (€20) are available — just book and let us know in good time. Book directly through our website and both are free, subject to availability.
• Luggage storage can be arranged through reception.

Self check-in

Arrive whenever suits your journey — you can check in without ever stopping at reception:

1. You'll receive your arrival instructions by email before you arrive, including your door code or other check-in details.
2. All you need is a phone or another device to read that email.
3. If your suite uses a key locker, its instructions arrive in the same message — return the key using the same code you used to collect it.

Breakfast

• Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 7–10am every day in season, included in every room rate during the season.
• Leaving early? Order a breakfast to take away — just let us know the day before.
• We cater for all common special diets. Allergens are marked on signage, and our kitchen team is always happy to tell you more.

Restaurant and café-bar

• Our own restaurant is on the ground floor and open throughout the day. Book a table through reception.
• The lobby café-bar is open all day, and also serves drinks.
• Reception sells small bites even late in the evening, and the Santa Claus Village market is a short walk away. Tap water is safe to drink.

In your suite

Instead of shared spaces, every comfort you need is right there in your own suite:

• A private sauna in most suites.
• A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine in every suite.
• Linens, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi.
• Air-source heat pump, central heating and underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Rooms aren't cleaned during short stays; towels are changed on request. For stays over six nights, we clean midway through your visit.

Parking

• A parking space is booked separately through reception — reserve yours before you arrive.
• In winter, the hotel address doubles as your arrival directions.

Accessibility

• The hotel is accessible, with a step-free route from the entrance to reception, the rooms and the restaurant.
• Lift access to every floor.
• Every room is accessible.

Activities

Our own Rovaniemi Insider activities pair naturally with your stay: husky safaris, snowmobile safaris and northern lights tours, all year round. Book them, and find departure points, languages and terms, on the Rovaniemi Insider website.

Groups, meetings and events

Our restaurant space can be booked for meetings, group dinners and private events through sales, with the package agreed for each group — see what the room takes.

Good to know

• The hotel is entirely smoke-free.
• Quiet hours run from 10pm to 7am.
• Pets are welcome only in rooms set aside for pets — just let us know when you book.
• There's no extra charge for children, and a cot is included — just tell us what you need in advance.
